Yankee Roster as of New Year’s Day 2019

So many changes this off season, and rumored changes that didn’t happen. Many Yankee fans were expecting the announcement of the signing of Manny Machado on New Year’s Eve, just as the Yanks had done with Catfish Hunter 43 years ago. That didn’t happen — instead the Yanks announced the signing of Troy Tulowitzki to a MLB minimum contract on New Years Day — which means they will or will not still be after Machado. It has been a busy Hot Stove League for the Yankees with much more to come, as Machado and Bryce Harper have still not signed with anyone.
